Silver Ridge Small Share
1/16th of a beef- perfect for individuals or families without the freezer space for a larger share. Locally raised, pasture fed, grain finished and dry aged. Each share will be between 25 and 30 lbs and includes:
2 ribeye steaks
2 loin steaks (either t-bone, porterhouse, or sirloin)
1 pack shortribs
1 pack stew meat
1 pack stir fry/fajita meat
1 chuck roast
1 round roast
5 lbs burger
Split by poundage- osso bucco, flap steak, skirt steak, hangar steak, flank steak and/or brisket
When you order a small share, you will be splitting a quarter of beef with 4 other customers. You will be paying $1.95 per pound of live weight in addition to a processing fee.
Pickup will be at the farm- 73 Silver Ridge Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. We will reach out to you when your share is ready to be picked up. Please be sure to double-check your contact information on the checkout screen before submitting your order.
